Notice of AGM

Dear Members

I wish to advise the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Port Melbourne Colts Junior Football Club will be held at 7pm on Tuesday October 18th 2022 

You are warmly invited to attend. Fingerfood and beverages will be provided.

The Annual Reports will also be released prior to the meeting and for tabled ratification.

All parents and legal guardians of junior members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
In accordance with the Club Constitution, all committee positions will be declared open and anyone can nominate for any position. The success of our football club is solely dependent on contributions from volunteers.

Important note: 

We are looking for new members to join our committee - particularly from younger age groups so you can carry on the great work at our club. All applicants need to nominate either prior to the meeting or on the night. If you are interested in nominating for a position, please refer to the guidelines on the website, complete the application form and submit it to the Secretary (secretary@portcoltsjuniorfootballclub.com.au) 7 days prior to the AGM.

Any member in attendance at the AGM has voting rights. If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may send a proxy, providing you have informed the Secretary in writing before the commencement of the AGM.

We are looking forward to season 2023 to continue on from the success we have experienced as a club in 2022.
